GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 27/10/2020. All previous terms and conditions are cancelled.
1. Main terms and definitions
• Betting Company, hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, – Pari – Tech (CY) Limited, a Cyprus company with registered number HE 321276 and registered address at 22 Larnakos, 4th floor, flat 401A, 2101 Anglatzia, Nicosia, operating website www.parimatch.com.cy (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) for the provision of online betting services, whose activities are licensed and regulated by the National Betting Authority of Cyprus (NBA) under Class B bookmaker’s licence No. B0013 issued on October 5, 2017.
• Client (player), also referred to as “you”, – a person who makes a wager with the Betting company.
• Bet/Wager – agreement between the Client and the Betting Company under which the Client undertakes the obligation to place certain amount of funds at stake on event with undefined result according to the rules set by the Betting Company. The wagers are accepted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and odds offered by the Betting Company.
• Line – list of events and betting odds offered by the Betting Company for wagering.
• Stake – the amount used for wagering.
• Outcome – the result of the event on which the wager has been placed.
• Odds to win (odds) – the quotation for outcomes of different events, offered by the Betting Company on the Website.
• The concept of "Home" (host team) and "Away" (guest team) are used in the team competitions, except in the following cases:
a) The rounds take place in one city or country (in international competitions).
b) The event is the final of any cup competition and consists of one match.
"Home" teams stand on the 1st place (marked "1") and "Away" teams on the 2nd place (marked "2") in the betting line.
In other cases, the numbering of participants in the line is conditional and information about the place of the event is informative only.
2. General Terms
2.1 By using and/or visiting any section (including sub-domains) of the Website and/or registering on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Policies relating to age verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) which constitute an integral part of the Terms and Conditions), and it is deemed that you have accepted and understood all the Terms.
2.2 The Terms are also applied to all telephone betting and betting via mobile devices including downloadable applications to a mobile device (as if references to your use of the Website were references to your use of our telephone betting and/or mobile devices betting facilities).
2.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
2.4 These Terms and Conditions are available in several languages for information purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Greek version and any version in other languages, only the Greek version shall prevail.
2.5 The Betting Company may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Before coming into effect, the amendments will be submitted for approval by the National Betting Authority (NBA). The Client may be informed about the date when the new version of the Terms and Conditions come into effect, by seeing the first line of the applicable Terms and Conditions. The most up to date Terms and Conditions will be available on the Website. If any change is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Website and/or close your betting account. If, however, you continue to use the Website after the date on which the changes to the Terms come into effect, it will be deemed that you have accepted those changes. The wagers placed before the public notice are accepted according to the terms and conditions valid before the notice, the wagers placed after the public notice are accepted according to the terms and conditions valid after the public notice.
2.6 The right to access and/or use the Website (including any or all of the products offered via the Website) may be illegal in certain countries (including, for example, the USA).
You are responsible for determining whether your access and/or use of the Website is compliant with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you are located.
The Betting Company accepts no responsibility for users that use the Company’s services and come from jurisdictions where online gambling is totally or partially restricted or even considered as illegal.
The Betting Company is not obliged and shall not: (i) inform the Client about the existence or content of the provisions of the legislation forbidding consumption of online services which are provided on the Website and (ii) advice on such issues.
The Betting Company reserves the right to restrict access to all or certain parts of the Website in respect of certain jurisdictions or territories.
2.7 The Betting Company will accept wagers carried out on sporting and other events (hereinafter referred to as “Events”). All Stakes are accepted according to the current Terms and Conditions and the player must familiarize with all rules and agree with them.
2.8 The Betting Company may update, amend, edit and supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be informed in advance by the Betting Company about the amendments through a public notice. The Client must accept the amended Terms and Conditions to continue use his/her betting account. The wagers placed before the public notice are accepted according to the terms and conditions valid before the notice, the wagers placed after the public notice are accepted according to the terms and conditions valid after the public notice.
2.9 Registration as a Client, opening of betting account and wagering is allowed strictly to persons that have completed the age of 18 years old, submitted electronically a registration application through the Website and completed other formalities concerning registration as a Client pursuant to the current Terms and Conditions.
2.10 In order to be compliant with Anti Money Laundering procedures, Safer Gambling principles and to prevent potential cheating and other conflicts, the Betting Company reserves full right to request from the Сlient to provide personal identification (passport, Cypriot ID, residence permit and other relevant documents) for the purpose of verifying the information the Сlient has presented during registration. The Client agrees on presenting all necessary documentation during registration or whenever requested by the Betting Company.
2.11 In cases of suspected fraudulent activities connected with the financing of the Client’s betting account and the placing of wagers, the Betting Company may initiate the appropriate legal and administrative procedures according to the applicable legislation and inform the National Betting Authority, the Unit for Combating Money Laundering (MOCAS) and the other authorities of the Republic of Cyprus.
2.12 The opening of the player account and the deposit of funds is made according to the rules set out in Chapter 3.
2.13 The payouts are made according to the rules set out in Chapter 4.
2.14 The Client accepts complete responsibility for keeping his/her password and account information secure.
The Betting Company guarantees that Client’s personal data are kept confidential according to the Law on the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of Individual) Law of 2001 (Law 138(I)/2001). The specific rules as to use by the Betting company of the Client’s personal data are contained in the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy which are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
2.15 All events confirmed with the login/betting account number and the betting account holder's password are deemed as performed by the account owner. The only restriction is the balance on the betting account. If the Client believes that account access information is lost, he/she can contact the Betting Company customer support and request to change the current password.
2.16 The Betting Company does not accept any responsibility for damages or losses caused by the use of the Website or by the content of the Website. The same applies for the use or misuse of the Website content by any person, the inability to access the Website for use, the delays in the Website functioning or data transmitting, the failures in communication lines or any mistakes, typing errors or omissions.
2.17 Rules and sports regulations will prevail over the general rules if there is disagreement or conflict between them.
2.18 Despite the fact that the Betting Company undertakes every possible effort to ensure that the Website content is completely accurate and up to date, all data on the current course of events are for informational purposes only. We accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the current score or time of the match. We recommend you to always seek alternative sources of information.
3. Rules regarding betting account opening, verification and deposit
3.1 To open a betting account, the Client must:
• register on the Website by filling out the registration application, including provision of name, residential address and electronic mail address;
• confirm that he/she completed the age of 18 years old;
• confirm that he/she has read, accept and agree with the Terms and Conditions, including privacy policy, cookies policy and policies relating to age verification and KYC (Know Your Customer).
3.2 After confirming your registration by clicking on the verification link sent to your e-mail, you as the Client can access the betting account by entering the account login and password created while registering on the Website. This password can be changed by the Client at any time on the Website, after the authorization procedure.
3.3 In the event the Betting Company is aware that you submitted false information in the registration application, the Betting Company will not send you e-mail with verification link and, in the event that you have already been registered as Client, the Betting Company will cancel your registration immediately.
3.4. The Betting Company within 30 days from the submission of the registration application will verify the identity of the Client and the information he/she has furnished during registration.
3.5 Due to legislation and for your own protection, we need to verify your identity and that you are over 18 years of age, before you can use the full functions of our Website. Therefore, kindly send us an email to [email protected], within 30 days from your registration date, with the following documents in colour:
Government issued Document: Passport or Identity Card (front and back) clearly indicating the following data of you: full name, date of birth, signature, photo, issue date & valid expiration date and MRZ lines, if applicable. Your name must correspond with the name you provided on your registration application.
The residential address may be proved through a utility bill, bank account, credit card statement, dated within the last 6 months. The proof of your residential address must correspond with the name and the address indicated on your registration application.
First name, surname, photo, date of birth, document number must be clearly visible on the document. Only color photos of documents can be accepted (black-and-white scans and copies of documents are not allowed). Document pages must be completely visible. Acceptable languages of documents are Greek, English, Russian and Ukrainian. Acceptable file formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, pdf no larger than 5 MB.
3.6 At its discretion, the Betting Company may require additional proof of the Client’s identity at any given time, regardless if the Client has passed the initial verification. The list of additional documents may include (but is not limited to): digital photo of the Client with passport, identity card, driving license, birth certificate, utility bill, bank statement / card, etc. The Client can provide these documents by sending a letter via email to [email protected]. Under normal circumstances, verification of the betting account holder identity is processed within 24 hours from submission of the documents confirming the identity of the Client.
3.7 The Client is not allowed to open or retain more than one betting accounts.
The Client cannot sell, assign or transfer his/her betting account or give any other permission to use his/her betting account to any other person, including other Client.
3.8 In the event that the Betting company suspects that:
• the Client is opening more than one betting accounts (for example, by using same or similar names, address, telephone, e-mails, same or similar dynamic IP address, computers or other devices etc.) and/or
• the Client is acting as a part of syndicate (by using same or similar names, address, telephone, e-mails, same or similar IP address, computers or other devices acting on the same or similar pattern),
the Company reserves the right to block the relevant betting account(s) held by the Client or the syndicate and report the incident to the NBA.
Following an internal investigation, the Betting Company has the right to cancel the bets, seize the winnings, and deduct bonuses from all relevant betting accounts. The Betting Company is also obliged to reallocate all the funds from the different superfluous betting accounts to a single betting account and to delete the superfluous betting accounts. Any bonus given to the superfluous betting account(s) will not be transferred.
3.9 All transactions and bets will be performed in Euro.
3.10 The Betting Company does not accept any deposit in cash, checks through mail etc.
3.11 After making a deposit with credit or debit card, bank transfer or via electronic payment methods, your betting account will be credited at the server:
•within 30 minutes via credit or debit cards or electronic payment methods;
•after the actual receipt of money to the Betting Company account via bank.
3.12 The Betting Company does not charge any fees on deposits. However, banks and payment processing companies may have their own charges for processing transfers. All costs of money transfers are borne by the Client. To avoid disputes, it is advised to keep the receipt of the transfer for 3 years.
3.13 The Betting Company is not liable in the case where the player account will not be credited within the specified time due to the fault of third parties (banks, payment processors, communication channels etc.) or due to force majeure.
3.14 To deposit into player’s account via Visa or Mastercard - the personal data of the credit card must match with the personal data of the gaming account.
3.15 To deposit into player account via Visa or Mastercard - the Client is not obliged to have a bank account in Euro. International payment systems independently and automatically convert any money payments to the currency of the player account from any other currency with the current interbank rates.
3.16 Payment cards have to be open for transactions on the Internet. If not so, the Client should contact bank or financial institution to remove the restrictions for online transactions.
3.17 Time of depositing funds to the betting account and respective commissions may vary. The current conditions of operations will always be displayed on the "Deposit" page. If the Client makes "empty" and inappropriate transactions to replenish the betting account, then the Company reserves the right, after informing the Client, to set the individual commissions for the implementation of the Client's future financial transactions, but not more than 5% + 0,4 EUR per transaction.
By the term "empty" and inappropriate transactions we mean transactions without bets.
3.18 The Betting Company is not responsible for any additional commissions and limitations of the financial intermediaries. The Client is advised to inquire about the terms and tariffs of the respective financial institutions.
3.19 The Company reserves the right to reject the Client's deposit and/or make a refund, if there are suspicions of fraud or the personal card details do not match with the data of the account owner. Placed bets are settled with odds x1. During investigation, persons found in reasonable suspicion of unlawful activities may be reported to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
3.20 In case of delays of money transfers to your account, we recommend you to contact immediately the Client Support ([email protected]).
4. Rules for processing of winnings and funds withdrawals
4.1 Winnings from played bets are credited immediately after the announcement of the event results by the official websites.
4.2 The Client can withdraw any sum from the player account that does not exceed the available account balance. The withdrawal can be processed via:
•transfer of money from an electronic systems account (e-wallet, electronic money) within one working day after the withdrawal order
•Credit card (VISA / MasterCard) where processing time is up to 5 working days after the withdrawal order
•bank transfer to the Client's bank account within 5 working days after the withdrawal order
4.3 Deposit and withdrawal shall be processed via the same payment method. If this operation is not allowed by certain payment method, the Client should contact the Client Support for other options.
Any amount paid to the Client by the Betting Company will be paid only into the bank account from which the amounts of the bet came.
4.4 Withdrawal from the betting account is performed only after verifying that the owner of the betting account is also the owner of the accounts in payment method used for deposit. Money transfers in favor of other persons are strictly prohibited regardless of the degree of kinship with the Client.
4.5 All expenses for the transfer of funds are borne by the recipient and are deducted from the transferred amount.
4.6 The Client is responsible for providing true information at registration and keeping it updated with any changes to avoid any delays with requests for withdrawal.
4.7 To perform the withdrawal from the betting account, the Client must go through a verification procedure by the Betting Company.
The Betting Company will verify the Client’s identity and residential address, carry out the safety procedures in relation to the betting account and ensure that there is compliance with the terms of these Terms and Conditions in relation to the payment of winnings.
Verification will be done by uploading a good quality color photo of your passport and other identification documents and photo of the front of the credit / debit card that was used for the account deposit. Please note that all data must be clearly visible. In case of refusal to verification, for any reason, the Company will provide feedback as to what needs to be corrected.
4.8 The current terms, conditions and fees for withdrawal from the Client’s account are subject to changes and are always displayed on the "Withdrawal" page. If the Client makes "empty" and inappropriate transactions to replenish his/her account, the Betting Company reserves the right to set, after informing the Client, the individual commissions for the implementation of the Client's future financial transactions, but not more than 2% of the withdrawal value or 5 EUR (whichever amount is higher).
By the term "empty" and inappropriate transactions we mean transactions without bets.
4.9 To withdraw from the player account to VISA or MasterCard - the Client is not obliged to have a bank account in the currency of the game account. International payment systems independently and automatically convert any money payments to the currency of the game account from any other currency with the current interbank rates.
4.10 Withdrawal from the player account can be implemented only to the same card of VISA or MasterCard, with which the game account was deposited. If this card expired, got lost/stolen or the payment method is not capable to process the withdrawal, the Client may be required to make a minimum deposit by any existing payment cards (issued in any currency) in order to enable the transaction for being processed from the Player account. Withdrawal to some cards is limited from the bank side. Withdrawal to MasterCard is not available for all countries and issuing banks. The transaction amount for one payment card may not exceed the equivalent of 80.000 EUR per day. The Betting Company reserves the right to combine 2 or more transactions in one.
4.11 Under normal circumstances, funds will be posted to the Client bank account within 5 working days. If this takes longer, the Client is advised to inquire the support department of his/her bank and the Betting Company.
4.12 The Betting company reserves the right to suspend the settlement of the event, if the Company has reasons to suppose that the following happened:
• legality of the event is doubted;
• manipulation of the odds or turnover;
• there was a match fixing.
Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume and structure of bets placed with the Betting Company. The Betting Company will inform the National Betting Authority, and may initiate further investigations and proceedings for such events to be conducted by the competent authorities. Until the full completion of the ongoing investigations and proceedings, payment of bets for such events will be suspended. If unfairness of the event is confirmed, the Betting Company reserves the right to refuse payouts and to declare bets on event as void. Decision of the Betting Company management based on the verdict of the investigations and proceedings for any of the abovementioned cases is final. However, during and until the final completion of the investigations and proceedings, the Betting Company may consider the Clients’ written requests about the return of bets on any event that is under investigation and / or proceedings.
4.13 Withdrawal from the gaming account by the Client is possible not earlier than after 24 hours from the moment of the first deposit.
4.14 The Betting Company reserves the right to perform verification of the betting account holder’s identity. The Betting Company may opt to suspend operations and / or payments into the betting account during the verification procedure or in case of insufficient proof of identity of the Client, and inform the National Betting Authority about that.
4.15 In case of fraud suspicion (multi-accounting, use of any software for automated betting, arbitrage betting, if the player's account is not used for betting and other products offered by the Betting Company, abuse of loyalty program etc.) The Betting Company reserves the right to suspend operations and / or the payments to the player account at the time of player activity verification until its completion. Player activity verification process may take up to 10 business days.
4.16 In case of refusal (avoidance), failure of the Client identity verification procedure and / or confirmation of fraud - the Betting Company may cancel all the bets placed by the Client and return all transferred funds into the player account as well as suspend the account until further investigation. In case of Client with account activity under reasonable suspicion of fraud, the Betting Company reserves the right to refer such cases to NBA and relevant law enforcement authorities.
5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution Procedures
5.1 In the event of a dispute, it is advisable that the Client submits a written complaint to the Betting Company Client Support service ([email protected]).
Complaint must contain clear and unequivocal information about the complainant's identity and shall provide all the relevant details that gave rise to the complaint, including the relevant financial documents confirming the payment of the placed bet(s).
5.2. The Client and the Betting Company should act at their best endeavor to reach an amicable settlement within a reasonable time. As a general rule, the Betting Company will take decision on the Client’s complaint within 10 working days.
5.3 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, whether of contractual or non-contractual nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
5.4 If for some reason the Client is not satisfied with the complaint resolution by the Betting Company, you can submit a complaint at the NBA:

5.5 It is expressly stated that for all unresolved complaints, the final judgement/decision is taken by the National Betting Authority (NBA).
5.6 By accepting these Terms and Conditions and/or by placing bets or wagers and/or by using (authorised or not) the facilities offered by the Betting Company (either through the Website or otherwise), you irrevocably agree that the courts of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Betting Company is entitled to bring a claim against the Client at the court of the Client's country of domicile.
6. Players’ Protection and Safer Gambling
The Betting Company endeavors to provide entertainment services and pays special attention to problematic aspects of gaming and associated risks. One of the main objectives of the Company is to follow the principles of Safer Gambling. Providing high quality services and products ensures the safety and reliability of the betting process. Special conditions are designed to form a safer gambling approach and to avoid or minimize possible negative consequences in case of gambling addiction.
In order to adhere to principles of Safer Gambling, the Company obliges to always accept and enact electronic requests for player self-limitation. The Client is entitled to set monetary limit, to set time limit or even to take a pause by sending a respective request to the Betting Company via electronic notice including the User ID and specific type, amount and time period of limitation. In accordance with the relevant legal framework and the directions of the NBA, and more specifically the Direction 29/2018, the Clients can request for the following types of limitations:
6.1 Limitation of maximum amount of funds a Client can wager over a certain time period and/or limitation of loss over a certain time period (day, week, month).
6.2 Limitation on the amount of funds the Client can deposit over a certain time period.
6.3 Setting up a time limit in which the Client can wager.
6.3.1. Time-out: The Client may request a small time out from wagering. The time-out may last 1 day and maximum 2 years. During the time-out, the Client will not be able to make a deposit or use any of our products. However, he/she will be able to withdraw his/her balance.
6.3.2. Login limit: The Client may set a limit on the duration he/she will be logged in his/her account. The login limit may be minimum 30 minutes and maximum 8 hours. As soon as the set login limit expires, then the Client’s account will be automatically disconnected.
6.3.3. Reality check: The Client may receive updates through our Website during his/her connection. The Client will be receiving a pop-up alert as soon as the log in time he/she set expires. If the Client requests so, he/she can be receiving alerts for his/her log in duration every 10 minutes up to 8 hours.
6.4 Client self-exclusion from betting – for a certain time period or indefinitely.
In case the Client seeks to change the active limitation, the following rules apply:
6.5 Revocation of limit or any modification in a way that results reduced protection, may be enforced only after seven (7) days from the day of receipt of the relevant electronic notification from the Client.
6.6 Any modification that results increased protection, will be immediately applicable and effective upon receipt of the relevant electronic notification.
6.7 Lifting the self-exclusion will occur automatically upon the completion of the specified period and the increase of the self-exclusion period is immediately applicable and effective upon receipt of the relevant electronic notification from the Client.

Further to adhere to the principles of Safer Ga, the Betting Company undertakes to:
6.8 Perform age verification in order to prevent participation in gaming for minors and not legally able persons.
6.9 Cooperate with companies that provide support to people with gambling addictions (Gambling Therapy etc).
6.10 Place information about Safer Gambling with easy access on the Website of the Betting Company and links with relevant sources where any Client can get an advice.
6.11 Provide 24-hour support service for self-service requests and professional assistance for any inquiries related with player protection.
Clients are encouraged to take simple test to evaluate theirrself in order to establish self-limitations or initial diagnosis of gambling dependence. You are kindly requested to answer only "yes" or "no":
1. Have you ever missed a work or studies, in order to devote time to betting?
2. Have you ever lied to hide the amount of money or time you have spent on gambling?
3. Have you ever tried to use gambling to get away from a variety of life problems - difficulties at work, studies or personal life etc?
4. Have you lost your interest in other areas of life (family, friends, career) and hobbies due to gambling?
5. Have you ever tried to leave gambling, but failed and currently you continue to gamble?
6. Do you want to recoup lost funds as soon as possible when you lose?
7. Have you ever tried to borrow or steal money in order to continue wagering?
8. Have you ever experienced financial troubles due to the fact that you have spent more money on gambling than you can afford?
9. Are you worried about your passion for betting?
Results:
If you have answered “yes” at least 2 times, then we recommend and encourage to consult a specialized Players’ Counselling Organization. It is free and confidential.
In order to establish self-limitation, you can send a request to the e-mail address [email protected] from a registered e-mail. Please include the User ID and desired requisition for limitation in this request. Requisition for limitation should include the specified limit amount and the time-period of limitation.
7. Types of Bets
The Betting Company offers the following types of betting:
•"Single" – wagering on a single event. Win on "single" bet is the sum of stakes multiplied by the odds of the event.
•"Parlay" – wagering on many events not dependable on each other. Win on "parlay" net is the sum of stakes multiplied by each odd of each event. The Client can include any events that are not depending on each other in parlay. "Parlays" are counted as won if all events in parlay are predicted correctly. If at least one event is not predicted correctly, the parlay is losing. The maximum odds of "Parlay" bet - x2000.
•"System" – a combined parlay from the events chosen by the Client. "System winnings" are counted according to the winning parlays that are included in the system. The maximum odds of "System" - x2000.
In "Parlay" and "System" betting is not allowed to include different outcomes of the same event (match winner, tournament winner) even if they are not directly connected. If incorrect forms of betting are included in Parlay or System the stakes will be refunded even if the computer program has accepted the wager.
Final odds for winnings on all classified betting forms are defined by taking into account the specialties (hitting the spread on the handicap of total etc.), postponement of the event or transfer of the event to another date. The transfer time is defined in betting rules. In these events the odds for winnings are "1".
8. Main types of outcomes offered for betting
8.1 Bets are accepted on home win (marked as "1" in lines), draw (marked as "X" in lines) and away win (marked as "2" in lines). The bet is a winner if you have predicted the outcome correctly.
8.2 Home win or draw is marked as "1X". The bet is a winner if the home team wins or the game ends in a draw. No draw (home or away win) marked as "12". The bet is a winner if the game does not end in a draw. Away win or draw is marked as "X2". The bet is a winner if the away team wins or the game ends in a draw.
8.3 The Client can bet the matches with handicap (marked as H). After the match the Client adds the defined handicap to the score of the chosen team. If the score for the chosen team is correctly predicted after the addition of the handicap, the bet is a winner. If the score is draw after the handicap has been added, the stake will be returned. In parlays it will count as odds "1". If the other team wins after the addition of the handicap, the bet is a loser.
8.4 Total - the sum of goals scored during the match. To make a winning bet, the Client must correctly predict over (Ov) or under (Un) X goals that will be scored during the match. Individual total (iTotal) - how many goals the chosen team will score. The Client must bet on Over or Under. If the score is exactly on spread, the stake will be returned and in parlays the odds will be counted as "1".
8.5 Qualifying to the next round - bet on the team to be qualified to the next round of contests (tournament, cup, etc) is available. Qualifying of a participant to the next round is determined from the results of all relevant matches.
8.6 Results of the participant. In these betting the Client predicts whether a participant reaches a certain stage of the competition (eg 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, finals, etc.), or what place will the participant take in the tournament (group, etc.). If the declared participant in the tournament for some reason did not participate in the competition, all bets on the event with his participation are calculated with the odd "1".
8.7 In football, basketball and ice-hockey matches the positive handicap can be bought bigger and the negative handicap smaller. In that case the odds will be smaller. In ice-hockey, basketball and football (some matches are excluded) buying totals is also possible and the odds will be smaller. In basketball it is possible to "sell" - the positive handicap will be smaller and the negative handicap bigger. In this case, the odds will be bigger.
8.8 In the game "who is higher" it is proposed to determine which team will take higher place in the result table of the competition. Additional terms and conditions on this type of bets may be specified in the event information.
8.9 Home - Away. a) Home or visitors win in the selected matches with handicaps. Win is determined by the difference of goals (points) scored by the home and away teams taking into account handicap. b) Predict whether the amount of scored goals (points) by home team and away team in the selected matches will be more or less of the proposed. c) Number of home team or away team wins, draws in the selected matches. There are also other types of bets. If one or more of the proposed matches did not take place, was interrupted or not finished, the bets on "Home - Away" are calculated with the odd "1".
8.10 Double Asian Handicap is a bet on the game with handicap in which the Handicap value (H) is multiple of 0,25, but not multiple of 0,5, for example: H = -0,25, +0,25, -0,75, +0,75 etc. Such bet is interpreted as two (simple, "half") bets with the same odd and with the nearest common Handicap value (H1 = H – 0,25 and H2 = H + 0,25). The amount of each "half" bet is equal to the half of the "Double" bet amount.
8.11 Double Total Bet is a Total bet in which the Total value (T) is multiple of 0,25, but not multiple of 0,5, for example: T = 2,25, 2,75, 3,25 etc. Such bet is interpreted as two (simple, "half") bets with the same single number and with the nearest common Total value (T1 = T – 0,25 and T2 = T + 0,25). The amount of each "half" bet is equal to the half of the "Double" bet amount.
The following examples simplify four options for the settlement of "Double" bets:
Option 1. Both half bets are won by the Client. In this case, the payout (S) is S=k*C
Where k is the odds listed in line.
C is the sum of the Client's bet.
To settle the "Parlay" is used the odds coefficient K = k.
Option 2. One half of the bet is won and the other is refunded. In this case,
S=(k+1)/2*C, and to settle the "Parlay" the odd K=(k +1)/2 will apply.
Option 3. One half of the bet is refunded and the other is lost. In this case,
S=0,5xC, and to settle the "Parlay bets" the odds K=0,5 will apply.

8.12 The Betting Company reserves the right to offer other forms of wagering as well.
9. Conditions of Bets Acceptance
9.1 The bets are accepted according to the line offered by the Betting Company - the list of future events offered with odds compiled by the Betting Company.
9.2 After each wager, line changes may happen (handicaps, winner odds, totals, limitations for parlays, maximum stakes and others) , but the terms for the wager left before the change remain the same as they were before the change. The wagers are accepted for the amount that does not exceed the account balance.
9.3 The sum of stakes for one betting day cannot exceed the maximum stake for the event shown on the line (the line that has been filed on the same datum). If there are bets whose total amount exceeds the maximum stake, the bets are not accepted.
9.4 The wagers are accepted until the event starts. The wagers that are placed after the start of the event are not valid and will be refunded. These bets are removed from parlays. The exceptions are the so called live-bets during the event. These bets are valid and will be refunded only if for some reason the bets have been placed after the event has ended.
9.5 The date and the time of the event on the list is informative only. A wrong date is no reason to refund the wager if the wager has been placed before the start of the event. If there is a wrong time on the list, the correct time will be the time on official documents (sites used by the Betting Company) and the realistic starting time of the event. Update of the results during the "live" event is only informative. In this case, a wrong result is not a cause for the bet cancellation. Bookmaker is not responsible for the accuracy of the results during the "live" event.
9.6 The Betting Company accepts no responsibility for correct spelling of surnames, team names and names of places of the events.
9.7 The Betting Company reserves the right to refuse and cancel bets caused by employees’ mistakes or by the computer programs (mistakes in odds and others) and other reasons causing incorrect bets. The management of the Betting Company reserves the right to refuse and cancel all the bets that have placed with incorrect odds or placed after the event has started.
9.8 The bets cannot be changed or cancelled after the Client has placed the wager and received a verification (a note on the Website and the wager number).
9.9 A connection failure and other technical mistakes in communication are not treated as sufficient reasons to change or cancel a bet if the wager has been registered in the server.
9.10 Loss of password is not treated as sufficient reason to change or cancel a bet or to cancel a payout request.
9.11 The Betting Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse accepting bets after the Client has been informed.
10. Special Terms
10.1 If the event:
A. Was not held at an appointed date and was postponed for more than 36 hours from the start time specified in the betslip - all bets on this event will be calculated with the odds x1 (unless it is stated otherwise in the rules for this type of sport).
B. Was interrupted and not completed within 12 hours from the start time specified in the betslip - all bets on the outcomes, the results of which are determined by the time of interruption, will be calculated according to these results, and the bets on the results of which are not defined, will be calculated with odd x1 (unless it is stated otherwise in the rules of the sport).
10.2 If the match is transferred to a neutral ground, the wagers will stay unchanged. If the match is transferred to the opponent's ground, the wagers will be refunded and will be removed from parlays. If the match is transferred to another ground in the same city, the wagers will stay unchanged and they will not be refunded regardless of the playing ground.
10.3 If the result is changed (protest, doping etc.) the original result of bets will stand.
10.4 Bookmaker announces the actual results on the basis of official records and other sources of information after the event. In a disputable situation, a mismatch results posted by various sources, with their obvious mistakes, the Betting Company reserves the right to the final decision on the determination of the results for bets calculation. The correct results are defined by the results in the official documents and other official information sources. Video roundups are disregarded.
10.5 In the case where there is reason to assume that bet was placed after the outcome of the event became known or after the selected player / team gained a significant advantage (eg the advantage in the score, sending off or substitution of player etc.) the Betting Company reserves the right to cancel these bets (make a return), either winning or losing.
10.6 The Betting Company uses its own data about the actual course of the game for live-events betting settlement. If for any reason (such as the loss of broadcasting, the lack of results in information sources etc.) the results of events cannot be determined, these events will be settled with odds x1.
10.7 The Client must check that his/her betting slip is filled in accordance with the rules. If it has been filled incorrectly regardless of why and who is guilty for the incorrect filling, the Betting Company reserves the right to refund the stakes and cancel the wagers.
10.8 If the balance of the Client's betting account becomes negative after recalculation of the wager, because of incorrectly determined result of the event, the betting account will be blocked from placing bets until the Client transfers at least the amount needed to cover the negative balance and the size of the minimal wager, and the Betting Company may refuse to accept bets from the Client. A negative betting account balance may happen, not excluding, due to a breach of rules of the game, unfair game that led to the cancellation of the goal, changes in statistics' sources or other similar cases.
Example in football: Goal scored, bet was settled but then the referee cancelled the goal due to offside, therefore there was a recalculation of the wager.
Example in basketball: Basketball shoot counted for 3, bet was settled but the player was stepping on the 3 point line and the referee reverses is/her decision and shows 2 points, therefore there was a recalculation of the wager.
All wagers placed by the Client before the recalculation will remain valid.
10.9 A betting account holding funds is deemed to be “dormant” if for a period of 24 consecutive months the Client has not made a successful transaction in such betting account.
If the balance on the dormant betting account is zero, such betting account will close.
If the dormant betting account has a positive balance (bigger than zero), the Betting Company shall take reasonable measures to notify the Client using the details he/she provided during registration.
If the betting account remains dormant following the Betting Company’s first attempt to notify the Client that his/her account has become dormant, the Betting Company will remit any funds remaining on the dormant betting account to the National Betting Authority (NBA). The betting account will then close.
The Client can reactivate the betting account by making a successful deposit or placing a wager.
10.10 Should the Betting Company fail to return any and all funds from the Client’s betting account (less any withdrawal charges) upon closure, blocking or exclusion of the Client’s betting account, such a Client must contact the Betting Company customer support who shall then examine the request and, if approved, take all the necessary measures to return the funds to the Client.
11. Financial Limitations
11.1 Minimum stake for wagering is the equivalent to 0,10 EUR for all events.
11.2 Minimum wagering stake in systems is 0,10 EUR
11.3 Maximum odds in parlays are x1000. If the odds are higher than 1000, the winnings will be counted as if the odds were exactly x1000. However, the winnings must not exceed the maximum winnings for one wager.
11.4 The maximum wagering stake for each event depends on the event and the sport. The maximum stake is defined by the Betting Company for each event and wagering form separately and can be changed without notice. The Betting Company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake for certain events like changing the betting limits for individual clients without notice.
11.5 Maximum payout for one wager is 1.000.000 EUR in the betting account currency.
12. Sports
The special features of rules on different sports:

12.1 FOOTBALL
The wagers on football are determined by the result of the match in regular playing time, which is conditioned by the rules of the tournament. It also includes the additional time appointed by the referee or by a representative of the match at the expiration of the regular playing time (match/half). The compensated time given by the referee at each half time will be considered as the 45th minute for the 1st half or the 90th minute for the 2nd half.
1.The football bets are available for one team to win or draw or lose.
2.When wagering with handicap, half goal buying is available. This will decrease the odds (for each match individually according to the line).
3.Wagering on the amount of goals to be scored (total). If the amount of goals falls exactly on the spread, the stakes will be refunded.
Wager on the productivity of each period:
More goals will be scored in the 1st half than the 2nd;
More goals will be scored in the 2nd half than the 1st;
The equal number of goals is scored in each half - stakes will be refunded.
4. In a cup competition which consists of many matches a wager named “Qualifying to the next round” is offered. The outcome of this bet is defined by the combined score of the relevant matches.
5."Who will score more goals" betting. It is proposed to compare two teams from different matches. The team which scores more goals - wins. In the case of equal performance - bet settles by odds 1. "Who will score more goals" bets are not accepted in parlays and systems that include bets with the same team.
6. The Client can wager on the individual total of each team (with the odds on the list). If the amount of goals scored falls exactly on the spread - the stakes will be refunded.
7. The Client can wager on the double result:
1X - win for the home team or draw;
Х2 - win for the away team or draw;
12 - win for the home or away team.
8. The Client can bet on the progress of the match:
a) wager "match result" - on the outcome of the match;
b) wager "halftime - fulltime" - on the outcome of the match at halftime and at full time.
To designate these outcomes in the line the initial letters are used: W - Win, D - Draw. The outcome of the 1st half is indicated on the first place, and the match result - on the second. The outcome of the 2nd half for the bet settlement is irrelevant.
Example:
•If the match ended with the score 1:1, and the first half - 1:0, then "W1D" outcome wins.
•If the match ended with the score 1:0, and the first half - 0:0, then "DW1" outcome wins.
•If the match ended with the score 1:0, and the first half - 1:0, then "W1W!" outcome wins.
c) goal at first half - wagering if there will be a goal scored at 1st half "yes-no";
d) draw after 1st half - "yes-no";
e) wagers on the time of the 1st goal, the team to score first, the total of the 1st and 2nd halves and other bets that can be seen on the daily line.
f) Bets on statistical indicators of the player in the match (the number of goals, fouls, yellow and red cards etc.) are valid only if the player goes in starting lineup. Goal is considered only if a player scored in his opponent's net. Own goals are not counted.
g) "At least one player will score 2 or more goals" betting. Goals scored by substitutes are also taken into account.
9. Wager "home-away". Wagering on the home or away teams to cover the handicap.
10.Wager "round total". Wagering against the handicap on the total amount of goals scored on the round. The Client can place wagers on the following events on the playing round:
a) number of “home” wins;
b) number of draws in the round;
c) number of “away” wins;
d) number of away teams points
e) number of goals scored by away teams etc.
11. If one or more matches are postponed and not played to finish within 12 hours, the stakes will be refunded for wagers "home-away" and "round total".
12. Betting forms "home-away" and "round total" are not allowed in parlays with matches of the same round.
13. The betting types “number of corners, yellow cards, shots on goal, offside, substitutes, ball possession and fouls will be offered with handicaps and totals (and individual totals)”. Second yellow card that results to player's sending off is counted as both: another yellow card and red card. A player will be counted as sent-off if he had been on the field at the time of being sent-off. The cards shown to players on the bench and the staff (coaches, managers etc.) are not included. Cards shown after the whistle about the end of the 1st half are considered like cards shown in the 2nd half. If two or more players from different teams get yellow / red cards in the match on the basis of a single incident of the game, then bets on the market "First yellow / red card" will be settled with odds 1. Corner kicks that are assigned but not performed are ignored. If the referee doesn't count the corner and appoints it again - it will be counted only once. Wagering "When will be scored the first (last) goal" with providing time intervals in the match. It is proposed to specify in what time interval will be scored the first (last) goal in the match. In the case of a 0-0 draw - settlement with odds 1.
14. "Who will score the next goal" Betting. There are three possible outcomes: "Team 1", "Team 2", "No one will score."
15. Games: "The most productive match", "The least productive match", "The match with the most (least) number of goals" You are asked to select the one of the offered matches in which the most/least goals will be scored. If the highest number of goals are scored in two or more matches, bets on these matches are settled with odds 1. corner - time at the moment of the actual kick performance from the corner mark;
offside - the time at the moment of actual free kick performance after the offside fixation;
goal - time of the timer in the moment of scoring (when the ball crossing the goal line).
The settlement will be made on the basis of the timer on the TV broadcast of the TV channel, which will be specified in the comments to a specific match on the line. The line timer is started in synchronization with the specified channel timer and is considered the main timer for settlement in the moments of temporary absence of a timer in a television broadcast. In any disputes, in order the final decision to be determined information about the match will be applied, which bookmakers receive from internal sources.
18. What will happen earlier in the first 5 minutes of the match?
The rule applies to bets placed before start (pre-match bets, for live bets see item 17).
It is proposed to specify the event that will happen earlier within the first 5 minutes of the match:
•Goals scored
•Corner taken
•Penalty taken
•Card shown
•None of the above
Bets placed on the first 5 minutes of the match will be settled based on the events that happened in the time period from the first to the fifth minute inclusive (0:00-5:00).
To consider the bet as the winning, the ball must be scored into the goal within the allotted time period. Goal will be ignored if the kick was made within the allotted time period, but the goal was scored out of this period.
Corner should be awarded within the allotted time period. Corner will be accepted if it has been taken.
Penalty should be awarded within the allotted time period. Penalties will be ignored if the cause of a penalty happened within the allotted time period and its nomination no. Penalty will be considered if it has been awarded within the allotted time period, but its direct attempt to implement not.
Red and yellow cards are counted at the moment when they are shown, and not at the time of the violation. The card is not considered if its cause happened within the allotted time period, but its immediate showing - no. European handicap doesn't mean a partial or full refund of the bet. The player can either win or lose the whole amount of the bet.
Possible outcomes in the European Handicap betting:
•Home win with handicap.
•Draw with handicap.
•Away win with handicap.
Bet on the European handicap will be winning if the game ends in a win of the selected team in view of the handicap or in a draw in the event of a draw selection.
Example 1. Handicap (0-2) - a bet which suggests that after the end of the match we must add “0” to the home scored goals and “2” - for away scored goals. Then, the bet will be settled.
The outcome "Home win with handicap" will be winning if the match ends in a home win with 3 or more goals. For example: 3-0 (3-2 considering the selected handicap 0-2), 4-1 (4-3 considering the selected handicap 0-2), etc.
The outcome "Draw with handicap" will be winning only if the home team wins with exactly 2 goals. For example: 2-0 (2-2 considering the selected handicap 0-2), 3-1 (3-3 considering the selected handicap 0-2), etc.
The outcome "Away win with handicap" will be winning if the away team will not lose with a difference of more than 1 goal, will win or play a draw. For example: 1-0 (1-2 considering the selected handicap 0-2), 2-2 (2-4 considering the selected handicap 0-2), 1-2 (1-4 considering the selected handicap 0-2), etc.
Example 2. Handicap (1-0) – a bet which assumes that after the end of the match we must add “1” to the home scored goals and “0” - for away scored goals. Then, the bet will be settled.
The outcome "Home win with handicap" will be winning for any win or a draw. For example: 1-0 (2-0 considering the selected handicap 1-0), 2-2 (3-2 considering the selected handicap 1-0), etc.
The outcome "Draw with handicap" will be winning only for Away team win in exactly 1 goal. For example: 0-1 (1-1 considering the selected handicap 1-0), 2-3 (3-3 considering the selected handicap 1-0), etc.
The outcome "Away win with handicap" will be winning only if the away team wins in 2 or more goals. For example: 0-2 (1-2 considering the selected handicap 1-0), 1-4 (2-4 considering the selected handicap 1-0), etc.
20. Shots on the horizontal or vertical beam. For the settlement of the bet, the shoot on the horizontal or vertical beam is taken into account, as long as the ball has remained in the game field (touched a player/referee on the field, another goal bar, went into the field) or went out of the sidelines. The horizontal or vertical beam shall not be taken into account whereas (a) the game was interrupted before the ball hit the beam (b) after the ball hit the beam, it went out of the corner without touching the ground (c) after the ball hit the beam, it came into the net (the goal was counted).
21. Half-times without goals. If there are "n" goals scored during the match, the minutes at which the goals were scored interrupt the match time (from 0 to 90 minutes) to "n" + 1 half. Half-time without a goal is counted as the difference between the minutes of the first goal and the start of the match, the minutes of the consecutive goals and the minutes from the end of the match and the last goal. The start of the match starts at 0 minutes. If no goals were scored during the match, we consider that there was an uninterrupted time interval of 90 minutes in the match.
Example 1: If the match was completed with a 0-0 score at its regular time, we believe that there was only one uninterrupted time interval of 90’ minutes in the match.

Example 3: If 3 goals were scored in the match: at 15’, 45’ and 90’ minutes. In this case, there were only 4 uninterrupted time intervals in the match: 15’ minutes (15-0), 30’ minutes (45-15), 45’ minutes (90-45) and 0’ minute interval (90-90), given that once the goal was scored at the end of the match, there was a time period.
12.2 UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
1. Wagering "Which team will be higher by the end of the Champions League". It is proposed "match" of the two teams, in which the winning team means that it finished her performance at a later stage of the tournament than its opponent. If both teams have not reached the 1/8 finals, then that team will win, which will take a higher place in its group. If both teams will take the same place in their groups, then the outcome of the "match" will be considered as a draw. If one or more matches are interrupted and not finish until the end of the Champions League group stage, then all bets on the group stage statistics will be refunded. 12.3 ICE-HOCKEY
1. The ice-hockey bets are available for one team to win or draw or with handicap.
2. Wagering on the amount of goals to be scored (total). If the amount of goals falls exactly on the spread, the stakes will be refunded.
3. We offer a variety of handicaps and totals.
4. Wagers/bets are accepted only for the main time of the matches (no extra-time). Though, preliminary predefined cases may apply.
5. Wager on the productivity of each period, in which period there will the biggest amount of goals scored. The odds can be seen in Table 1.
6. The Client can wager on the individual total of each team (with the odds on the list). If the amount of goals scored falls exactly on the spread, the stakes will be refunded.
7. Client can bet on the progress of the match:
•win of one team or draw or win with handicap, offered for a predetermined period;
•number of goals scored in a predetermined period;
•wagering on the time of first goal, first team to score and other forms of betting;
•wagering on how many points a predetermined player will score, goals and assists will be added together in a predetermined match;
•Wagering on shots on goal, penalty time and individual performance of players are considered settled including extra time, excluding shoot-out (for NHL and World Cup matches). For the matches held under the auspices of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) bets on shots on goal, penalty time and individual performance of players are accepted for the main time period.
8. Wagering on the betting form "home-away".
•wagering on the difference of goals scored by home and away teams compared to handicap;
•wagering on the amount of total goals scored by home and away teams compared to handicap;
•wagers on the following events on the playing round (how many goals will home teams score, how many goals will away teams score, how many home wins, how many draws, how many away wins, how many points will home teams get, how many points will away teams get etc.)
9. If one or more matches are interrupted and do not finish, the bets on the "home-away" are settled with odds 1.
10. The wager "home-away" is not accepted in parlays with other wagering events of the same round.
11. Wager “Come From Behind and Win”. In this bet type, the team you have betted on must be losing in some point in the match and then must come back and win the game.
12. Wager "When will be scored the first (last) goal" with providing time intervals in the match. It is proposed to specify in what time interval will be scored the first (last) goal in the match. In the case of a 0-0 draw - settlement with odds 1.
13. Wager "Who will score the next goal". There are three possible outcomes: "Team 1", "Team 2", "No one will score."
14. If an ice hockey match is not played for some reason on the same day as mentioned on the list, the stakes on that match will be refunded.

12.4 TENNIS
1. The following wagers are offered on tennis:
•winner of the match;
•concrete result in sets;
•handicap for games in the match, set;
•handicap for the amount of sets in the match;
•amount of games and sets played in the match;
•amount of aces by a player in the match;
•amount of double faults for a player in the match;
•winner of the set;
•whether there will be a tie-break or not (result 7:6 or 6:7).
•Possible Live-bets:
•Who will win the n-point in the game (you have to differentiate between the number of points in the game and score of the game. For example, if the score of the game is 15:15, then 2 points have been played in a game, but not a 30. Also the 3rd point is played out now, and the 4th point will be played next).
•whether there will be the score 40:40 in a game (this means that during the game the score will be 40:40).

2. The results and statistics will be committed from the official sites of the tournaments. All bets are valid until the end of the tournament.
3. Information on the terrain of the game is informative only. If the terrain of the game is changed, wagers will remain valid. The Betting Company accepts no responsibility for wrong information about the terrain of the game mentioned on the line. Claims regarding incorrect information are not accepted.
4. If one of the players in tennis refuses to continue the match regardless of the reason (or disqualified), then:
if at least one set is completely played:
•all bets on winning the match are considered valid and the match winner is determined in accordance with the decision of the referee;
•all bets that are actually completed by the time of interruption are considered valid;
•all bets on handicap for the games and sets shall be returned regardless of the score.
if the first set is not completely played:
•all bets on the match shall be refunded, with the exception of the actual bets completed by the time of match interruption.

The match is interrupted at the score (6:4 4:4).
Bet on the 1st set, "Djokovic handicap +1,5" - lost;
Bet "Total of 2nd set," over 7,5 - won;

5. If the regulations are changed (a 5 set match is changed into a 3 set match or vice versa), the stakes on the following:
•winner of the match;
•winner of 1st set;
•handicap for the games in the 1st set;
•total of the 1st set;
will be settled with the odds offered in the line and the other wagers will be refunded.
6. If in team match one or many players will change team, irrespective of the reason, the stakes on the match and qualifying to the next round will remain valid. If the players have been nominated on list in doubles and one of the players is changed, the odds will be settled as "1". If the players have not been nominated on the list, the stakes will remain valid.
7. If the 1st place will be shared (2 or more winners) bets on these players to win the tournament will be refunded.
8. If instead of the decisive set of the match the so-called "champion's tie-break" is played (short game to 10 points won), then the score of the 3rd set is settled as 1-0 at games. Accordingly, the total and the handicap for the games in a match are settled on the basis of 1-0 in the 3rd set.
12.5 AMERICAN FOOTBALL
1. In American football the Client can wager on one of the teams to win or win with handicap. In case of a tie the stakes will be refunded.
2. Wagering on total (how many points will be scored) is offered. If the total falls on the spread, the stakes will be refunded.
3. Buying is not allowed in American football.
4. If the match is not played and is not finished on the day mentioned on the list, the stakes will be refunded.
12.6 BASEBALL
1. Betting on totals and handicaps are considered valid if at least 9 innings finished in the game (8,5 if the home team runs). If a game is interrupted or postponed in six innings, its outcome will be determined by the score of the match, recorded after the last full inning, except of the cases when the home team equalised the score or came forward in the second half of the inning. In this case the winner is determined by the score of the match fixed at the time of interruption of the game.
2. If there are two matches played on the same day and the Betting Company offers odds only on the one match, the result in betting is determined on the score of the 1st match.
3. Betting on the outcome of the first 5 innings is determined by the result, recorded after 5 full innings.
4. The minimum duration of the game so that a bet is recognized as valid is 5 innings, except when the home team leads in the score after 4,5 innings. If the game is interrupted or postponed, the winner is determined by the score recorded after the last full inning, except in the cases when the home team equalised the score or came forward in the second half of the inning. In this case the winner is determined by the score of the match fixed at the time of interruption of the game. If a game is interrupted, after the home team equalised the score, bets are settled with odds 1.
5. If 5,5 of the 8 innings have been played in the game, the Handicap and Totals bets for which their value has not been determined by the time of the interruption, they will be settled with odds 1. In this case, the bets placed for the number of wins in home and away ("Home-Away") games will be settled by line odds, and the remaining outcomes will be returned.
6. Wagering on total (how many points will be scored) is offered. If the total falls on the spread, the stakes will be refunded. Wagering on individual totals is allowed. If the pitcher was substituted in the match, this event does not affect the match outcome.
7. If the event was not held at an appointed date and was postponed for more than 12 hours from the start time specified in the betslip - all bets on this event are calculated with the odds 1.
8. In baseball events "Home - Away" the matches of the day are recorded, indicating the number of matches. The market "The most (least) productive match" is settled on the basis of the (least) number of points scored in any of these matches.
9. Market "number of extra innings" is settled based on the number of all played innings in all matches summarily.
10. Market "The number of shutouts" is calculated based on the number of teams which have not scored any points in the game of the day.
11. If the match is unfinished for some reason (rain and other weather conditions or external factors), the bets on the match winner are settled on the result at the time of interruption, in case the result is confirmed by the official tournament source as the final one. If the official source does not approve the result as final, then all bets on this match are settled with odds 1.
12. In case of a draw the stakes on winning will be refunded. Buying is not allowed in baseball.
12.7 BASKETBALL
1. Bets on basketball matches are accepted with overtime as well, including the case of a draw in the scheduled game time, except for the bets on Wins and a Draw (1, X, 2) that are accepted for the scheduled game time only. In basketball matches, where the rules of the tournament for determining the winner of the confrontation provide for two games (at home and away), the match may end in a draw without overtime. Overtime, is determined by the sum of the results of the two matches, is taken into account only in the betting rounds for the next round (Qualifying to the next round).
Example 1: Match play-off (according to the tournament rules, the winner of the confrontation is determined by the sum of the two games), the first match ends with a score of 79-71 (without overtime), the second match - 80-80 (without overtime). In the second match, overtime is NOT stipulated by the regulation, since the score for the sum of two the meetings is 159 - 151, as a result the first team qualifies to the next round.
Example 2: Match play-off (according to the tournament rules, the winner of the confrontation is determined by the sum of two games), the first match ends with a score of 85-80 (without overtime), the second match - 96-91 (without overtime). The sum of the two games is 176 - 176. 2.In a basketball game the Client can buy from 1 to 6 points (except in special matches mentioned on the line).
3. Wagering is offered on totals (combined and individual) either on the combined score of both teams or the score of one individual team. In some specific games wagering on periods is offered (buying of handicaps and totals is forbidden). The number of points, rebounds, scored by the players of one team, according to the line. In case of player absence on the field - return.
4. "Duel of players". In this wagering, it is proposed to guess which player will score more points, assists, or rebounds. If one of the players does not participate in the match, all the bets will be refunded. Bets are settled according to official records (including overtime).
5. "Performance". In this bet only points, rebounds and assists of a certain player will count. Blocked shots and steals will not be counted as Performance. Bets are settled according to the official records (including overtime).
12.8 VOLLEYBALL
1. Handicaps and totals for the match are specified in points, unless otherwise indicated in the line.
2. A volleyball match 1-4 sets is played to 25 points, unless otherwise indicated.
3. The following wagers are offered on volleyball:
•to win the match or set;
• Total of the match or set;
• handicap in the match or in the set;
• whether there will be the tie-break in the match (tie-break in the volleyball match is called the fifth set).
4. If regulations of the match change (1-4 sets will be played to 21 points or vice versa), then bets on:
• winning team in a match
• the win of the team in the set
• exact score of the match are settled according to the accepted odds and all other bets shall be refunded.
5. «Golden set» is not taken into account to settle the match.
12.9 BEACH VOLLEYBALL, TABLE TENNIS, BADMINTON
1. Handicaps and totals for the match are specified in points, unless otherwise noted.
2. The following wagers are offered on volleyball:
• to win the match or set;
• Total of a match or set;
• handicap in the match or in the set;
• whether there will be the tie-break in the match (tie-break in the volleyball match is called the fifth set).
3. If the match is interrupted or one of the teams, for any reason, refuses to continue the game or is disqualified, then:
if at least one set is fully completed:
- all bets to win the match are considered valid, the winner of the match is determined in accordance with the referee's decision;
- all bets actually completed by the time of the match interruption are considered valid;
- all bets on the games and sets handicaps are subject to refund regardless of the score.
if the first set is not fully completed:
- all bets on outcomes, the results of which are determined before the match interruption are settled by these results. Bets on outcomes which results are not determined are settled with odds of 1.
Example of beach volleyball bets settlement in situations when the second team refuses to continue due to injury: The match is interrupted in the second set when the score was 1:0 (21:15, 19:20):

1. Wagering on these kinds of sport is only for standard playing time, due to the rules of the match, except in some pre-determined cases.
12.11 FORMULA 1, NASCAR, Moto GP
1. The following wagers are offered:
•Wagering on the winner of the race. Winner is the driver, who takes the first place in the final classification. Wagering on the podium position (places 1-3). Defined by the driver’s position in the final protocol.
•Wager "Finish - Not finish". Prediction whether a driver will finish the race or not. If a driver is qualified, he is considered to finish the race.
•Wager "Fastest lap". Which driver will drive fastest the round.
•Wager "Who is higher". The Client predicts which driver in a predetermined pair will finish in a higher position after the race. If both drivers retire, the driver that finished more laps is the winner. If both drivers retire on the same lap, the stakes are refunded.
•Wager "Which team is higher". 2 predetermined teams are put in pairs and the Client predicts which team will perform better. The better team will be determined by: a) which team has more drivers to finish the race and be classified; b) if both teams have the same amount of classified drivers, the better team is defined by adding up the sum of drivers` positions. The smaller sum, the better a team has performed. (If the sum is the same for both teams, the stakes will be refunded). If drivers are changed in teams after the line has come out, all stakes on these teams are refunded. The places of drivers are defined by the official final protocol, published immediately after the end of the race. Possible disqualification of drivers or protocol changes are not taken into account in wagering.
2. The positions of the drivers are determined by the official final protocol, published immediately after the race. Subsequent disqualifications of the drivers and the changes in the protocol after the race shall not be considered.
3. Warm-up lap is included in race result.
4. In the disputable situations regarding winner bets and podium bets, the results will be determined according to the price giving ceremony.
5. All bets are valid till the end of the stage, regardless of the possible transfer of the start time and date.
6. We also offer the following types of qualification bets:
• Bet on the winner of the qualification. The winner is the driver who has won first place in the specified qualifications.

If both participants are out of the competition, all prices will be refunded. If one of the participants does not finish the match while calculating the percentages for this position it is considered that his opponent took the highest position.

12.30 HURLING
1. All bets are calculated based on the results of the main time of the match (70 minutes of play, 2 halves of 35 minutes each). In case of a tie, 2 overtimes are played, 10 minutes each overtime, or repeated.
2. For all bets to stand, the match must completely end. If the match is interrupted, all bets are excluded, except of bets whose results have already been determined until the match interruption.
3. All bets are calculated based on the total score of the match (goal = 3, individual points = 1).
For example, if team A is 0-18 (0 - number of goals, 18 - individual points) and team B has 2-10 as a result of the match, team A wins 18-16, since team A has 18 points (18 individual points), while team B has 16 (2 goals - each goal 3 points - and 10 individual points).
4. In the event that the match is interrupted and not played within 24 hours, all bets, other than those whose results are clearly defined at the time the match is interrupted, are refunded.
5. In case of postponement of the match date for less than 24 hours, all bets on this match remain valid. Otherwise, all bets on that specific match are refunded.
12.31 GAELIC FOOTBALL
1. All bets are calculated based on the results of the main time of the match (60 minutes of play, 2 halves of 30 minutes each). In case of a tie, 2 overtimes are played, every 10 minutes, or repeated.

12.32 ANTEPOST / OUTRIGHTS / FUTURES
General Rules
1. Team and Competition names are represented as an informative matter. In case of any changes of names during the season or afterwards, all bets stand.
2. In case a team/player participating in championship/tournament does not complete all its fixtures, then all outright bets/head-to-head bets will be deemed as lost, except those bets, the outcomes of which are already determined (e.g., Total Team Points, Team Number of Wins, Team Goals Scored/conceded and etc.). A team/player is considered to be participating in a championship/tournament from the kick-off of the first match played in a season.
3. In case of withdrawal of a team/player before the start of the first match all bets shall be voided.
4. Referee or other decisions to cancel/amend tournament/competition results taken after the final round, shall not be considered.

1. All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.

E-Sports bets settlement is carried out on the basis of the General Rules, in view of specificity, which is inherent in a particular e-Sports discipline.
1. E-Sports games with the type of Bo1, Bo2, Bo3 etc. (Best of 1, 2, 3, 5, etc.) - the total number of game maps in which the selected team should reach the prevailing number of wins. The winner of the match is determined by the amount of won maps. For example: for Bo5 necessary 3 wins, Bo3 - at least 2 maps, etc. Pre-match and Live Bet will be provided.
2. Settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast or game API. Non-runner no bet.
3. An unplayed, cancelled or postponed match will be treated as a non-runner for settlement purposes, unless it is played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
4. In the event of a team name change occurring as a result of a team leaving an organization, joining another organization or officially changing their name, all bets will stand.
5. If a match is played before the scheduled start date/time, then all bets placed after the actual starting time will be void. All bets placed before the actual starting time will stand.
6. To Win Match / To Win Map (including Current and Next) / Double Chance - If a match or a map is replayed due to a draw, the replayed match or map will be treated as a separate entity. In the event of a match or a map starting but not being completed, then all bets will be void, unless after the start of the match a player is disqualified, in which case the player/team progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory by the governing body of the specified competition, broadcast or game API, will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
7. If a player / team is given a walkover on at least one map before the match starts, all bets will be void.
8. In case a match or map is replayed due to a disconnection or non-player related technical problem, pre-game bets will stand on the replayed match or map in accordance with the official result. All In-Play bets on the affected match or map will be void unless the outcome is already determined and the replayed match or map will be treated as a separate entity.
9. Handicap Betting / Total Map Betting / Correct Score Betting / ‘Race to’ Maps - Bets are void if the statutory number of maps is changed, or differ from those offered for betting purposes. In the event of a fixture starting but not being completed, bets will be void unless the outcome is already determined.
